Cyberpunk gay romance options

The information surrounding gay romance options in Cyberpunk is still muddied, thankfully our definitive guide will clear some things up. There are romance options, and only are men. So the game has been out for a while now, but my searches for making the game more gay feels to be in vain. I was hoping we might even have a mod to replace Panam with a man by now, but not that I've found thus far. Are there any known mods for gay strip clubs, better penises, removing the perma undies, or adding gay romances.

I know there's a River romance fix, but hoping for some gender swapped characters, judy and panam namely, or new added characters that can be romanced. I don't have info on mods for you, but at least for perma undies you shouldn't need one. My character definitely doesn't have them. I about died laughing at some point when I realized that my character was meeting with politicians in just a tank top and her bits out because the game removes your clothes when you romance River and I didn't notice. Also, there is a gay strip club in Heywood. Padre has a gig to go there, so go do gigs in Heywood and you'll find it.
